History
Orion was a vision that came to reality in 2014. The vision to have a complete one stop shop for our clients, a company that is vertically integrated, employees with diverse backgrounds, and give a hands on- turnkey experience.
Orion and its staff give an unparalleled and unmatched start to finish experience with our clients. We have worked on a wide variety of projects, nationally and internationally, from small retail to big box. Our employee’s diverse knowledge with working on food plants, pharmaceuticals facilities, combined heat and power, industrial, commercial, and multi-family projects gives us the advantage on being a leader in our industry. Orion also has a design/build background meaning we can assess the client’s design and improve the client’s budget. We like everyone to win.
Leadership Team
Marissa Snodgrass, Operations
Marissa brings over 10 years of management experience to the team and is responsible for the overall health and direction of the firm. Having successfully led the development and growth at her previous two employers, Marissa understands the importance of processes, continuous training and investing in our employees. Additionally, her duties include managing Orion's banking, bonding and insurance relationships.
David Albertelli, P.E., Project Development
David brings over 25 years of Design and Construction Experience, both domestically and internationally. His education includes an MBA from Jacksonville University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Villanova University. As lead project manager with Orion, David oversees end-to-end project execution. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), David also holds certifications and licenses as a LEED accredited professional (AP), Unlimited Mechanical Contractor, and Licensed General Contractor.
Brian Todd, Field Management
Brian brings over 30 years of Construction Management experience over a wide array of projects serving diverse industries from Industrial to Multi Family. Brian is responsible for the performance of our Field Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and other support staff.
Martin Olvera, Sub Contractor Management
Martin brings over 12 years of field management experience to Orion. Starting as a laborer for a large bridge construction firm he grew to become a superintendent responsible for managing a diverse labor force including civil labor, iron workers, concrete construction, etc. Martin has been with Orion for over 2 years and oversees the field staff that are assigned to Orion's subcontractor services.
